Senior / Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or Palo Alto; located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area

Salary: $210,000–$240,000 base salary annually, plus equity

hirify.global develops Ray-based products for scalable distributed computing and machine learning workloads.

What you will do

• Own the Ray Data product roadmap and balance open-source feature development with commercial differentiation in hirify.global Runtime.
• Drive adoption of Ray Data through community growth, developer experience improvements, and ecosystem integrations.
• Analyze the ML and data-processing lifecycle to identify opportunities where Ray’s architectural strengths create value.
• Work with engineering, product marketing, sales, field engineering, enterprise customers, and the open-source community.
• Develop market positioning, field enablement, competitive analysis, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with technical products.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or data processing.
• Experience working with developer and enterprise audiences.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to balance competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area.

• Experience with open-source products and commercial monetization strategies.
• Background in ML tooling, data infrastructure, or developer tools.
