Senior Data Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Lead information discovery workshops across the organisation and maintain a comprehensive transition information inventory.
• Identify information owners and business custodians across structured and unstructured repositories.
• Analyse Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, file shares, and email repositories.
• Facilitate business analysis workshops and document business processes, operational knowledge, and dependencies.
• Validate information quality and completeness, classify information according to security and privacy requirements, and coordinate secure handover to ANZ.
• Support contractual transition milestones and produce documentation for ongoing information governance.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation experience.
• Experience in information governance or records management.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 environments and across technical and business teams.
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify, validate, document, and securely transfer business information.

Nice to have

• Financial services or payments experience.
• Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Purview knowledge.
• Transition or separation programme experience.
• CBAP, BABOK, ITIL Foundation, or information management qualifications.
