Automation and Integration Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop secure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Build REST APIs, web services, event-driven integrations, and reusable integration components.
• Develop workflow automation and orchestration across multiple business systems to reduce manual processing.
• Develop AI-enabled operational workflows, intelligent document processing, LLM integrations, and AI-assisted knowledge management tools.
• Maintain automation platforms and integration services, including cloud-native deployments, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Full Stack Engineers, the Testing Lead, the Release Manager, and operational teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in systems integration and automation.
• Strong API development and workflow orchestration experience.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and secure integrations.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payments or financial services is desirable.

Nice to have

• AI and Large Language Model integration experience.
• ServiceNow integration development.
• Azure Integration Services, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms.
• n8n, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
• DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and relevant cloud, integration, AI, machine learning, or Agile certifications.
