Senior Technical Program Manager – Physical Security (APAC)

What you will do

• Lead regional physical security deployment programs for new data centers, campus expansions, and major technology upgrades.
• Represent security as the primary customer-facing program representative throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate security milestones across design, construction, operations, networking, procurement, and customer security teams.
• Ensure contractual security requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are managed effectively.
• Coordinate operational readiness, electronic security commissioning, transition into operations, and temporary compensating controls.
• Maintain dashboards, metrics, deployment documentation, closeout materials, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, information technology, criminal justice, security management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs.
• Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, customers, integrators, consultants, contractors, and owner representatives.
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, security networking, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, security design standards, commissioning, and system integration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals for operational technology.

Nice to have

• ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Genetec Security Center certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Genetec access control systems.
