Program Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure)

Location: Ashburn, Virginia, United States; on-site. Secret security clearance must be held before starting.

What you will do

• Lead Project Managers through program concept, development, implementation, evaluation, and closeout.
• Own program cost, schedule, performance, financial health, risk management, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate network, cloud, zero-trust, VTC, and other engineering teams across prime and subcontractor efforts.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule inputs, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and status reporting.
• Lead formal reviews, including Weekly Status Reports, Program Management Reviews, and Integrated Baseline Reviews.
• Manage quality control, KPI reporting, staffing, complex invoicing, subcontractors, and rotational on-call escalation.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance must be available before the start date.
• PMP certification is required.
• ITIL V3 or V4 certification is required.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multi-domain infrastructure engineering teams through all program phases.
• Experience with program scheduling, risk management, quality control, contract compliance, reporting, and customer delivery.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams while serving as the contractor point of contact for the customer representative.

Nice to have

• Network, Cloud, or SAFe Agile certifications.
• Previous experience supporting DHS and CBP.
