Product Manager (FTC)

What you will do

• Own the next phase of the hirify.global for Research product roadmap, scaling shipped capabilities and growing adoption.
• Help researchers identify precisely targeted participants for studies beyond broad demographic criteria.
• Grow adoption of complex study designs, including longer-running studies and studies requiring more participant engagement.
• Own tools that make advanced research studies easier to run.
• Manage prioritisation, delivery, measurement, and iteration across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering and Design using a test-learn-iterate approach and collaborate with Research, AI, operations, integrity, support, science, sales, and client services.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping and scaling products that simplify complex workflows for demanding professional or enterprise users.
• Experience working within technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
• Builder mindset and experience using AI tools and workflows for product management.
• Fluency in Agile, continuous discovery and delivery, Jobs-to-be-Done, vertical slicing, and test-learn-iterate practices.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-informed decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for the academic or research sector.
• Experience with expert networks, panels, credentialing, survey tools, or data-collection products.
