Product Manager I (Consumer Subscription Product)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work with in-office collaboration three days per week

hirify.global develops global dating products, including HER, a subscription-based consumer platform for lesbian, bisexual, and queer people.

What you will do

• Run product and engineering sprint ceremonies, including standups, planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Keep releases on track, unblock engineering issues, and translate roadmap priorities into clear tickets and specifications.
• Contribute ideas to the roadmap and participate in feature scoping and design discussions.
• Use product analytics and qualitative insights to prioritize work, measure impact, and design and interpret experiments.
• Collaborate with Design, Data/Analytics, Engineering, CRM, the Head of Product, and the founder.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a consumer app or subscription/freemium product.
• Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies and independently driving execution.
• Ability to make prioritization decisions with limited bandwidth and support them with data.
• Clear communication across Design, Engineering, Data, and CRM teams.
• Understanding of and genuine care for queer culture and HER's community.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer dating or social applications.
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Google Docs, and Notion.
• Exposure to subscription revenue models.
• Lived experience within the sapphic or queer community.
