Graduate Product Manager

Location: Milan, Italy; London, UK; Madrid, Spain; Warsaw, Poland; or remote from approved countries. Most days must be spent in the Milan office during the first few months, regardless of the long-term work location.

Salary: Typical annual offers range from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe and from £85,797 to £151,436 in London. Exceptional offers may reach €240,330 elsewhere in Europe or £316,052 in London.

What you will do

• Investigate products, business models, growth drivers, and user needs using AI, data, and user research.
• Identify high-impact initiatives and features using market signals, emerging technologies, and first-principles reasoning.
• Prioritize and execute product development end to end.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, and other teammates to build user-focused solutions.
• Run experiments, analyze product metrics, and iterate continuously based on results.
