Location: Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA. Only US citizens or full green card holders may be hired for this government client position.
Salary: $77,040–$146,640 for a full-time schedule in the US. Different ranges apply in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York City, Washington, and Washington DC. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do
- Analyze extensive IT datasets to identify trends, patterns, defects, and sources of variation.
- Gather, structure, organize, clean, and prepare data for analysis, business intelligence, and visualization.
- Develop rigorous visualizations, analytical conclusions, and data-driven insights for customer decision-making.
- Work with customers and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, success criteria, and project scope.
- Translate complex business problems into innovative analytical solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data analysis experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail.
- US citizenship or full green card status is required.
Nice to have
- Degree in industrial engineering, finance, economics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Experience with Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL.
- ASQ Six Sigma or a comparable professional certification.
- Cloud data analytics certification from AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft.
