Data Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Understand data process flows, reporting requirements, data handoffs, transformations, and potential data loss or corruption.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools across multiple platforms to trace data, identify anomalies, and support analysis.
• Manage metadata files for PLD custom values and troubleshoot aggregate and PLD data issues.
• Set up tactics for weekly data delivery and publish monthly metrics for e-tumor board campaigns.
• Develop and maintain Data Specifications (FIAs) through client meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support ad hoc Sales team requests and participate in quality assurance reviews to resolve data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related discipline, or 1–2 years of data analysis experience.
• 1–2 years of working knowledge of Google BigQuery, SQL Server, or Vertica.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in reporting and data analysis using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Looker.
• Ability to write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Business analytics experience, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work across departments.
