HR Shared Services Hub Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; night shift

A newly established HR Shared Services operation supporting an HR transformation and the implementation of a new HR system.

What you will do

• Administer HR transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employment changes to terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, support mass uploads, and collaborate on HR data projects.
• Create, distribute, and file employment documents according to country requirements.
• Provide first-level support for HR systems, prepare system processes, and answer employee queries.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics and job postings.
• Build custom reports, analyze data, facilitate feedback surveys, and contribute to process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, IT, human resources, shared services, or a related subject.
• Experience in HR administration and a strong interest in human resources.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data analytics, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Experience improving HR processes, automation, standard operating procedures, or knowledge bases.
