What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HCM processes, maintaining accurate employee and contingent worker records.
• Handle employee concerns and provide high-quality customer experience in daily operations.
• Participate in system testing, identify issues, and document procedures to keep the knowledge base current.
• Provide T2 troubleshooting and end-user support regarding system functionality.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify HR metrics and trends.
• Lead process optimization projects and create training materials for new team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HCM Specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead through influence.
