Content Creator (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the top-of-funnel content strategy, focusing on founder-led short-form video for LinkedIn.
• Produce content end-to-end, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Act as a producer and ghostwriter for founders to sharpen their points of view and voice.
• Repurpose customer stories and partner announcements into sales assets, case studies, and one-pagers.
• Coordinate PR efforts, including podcast bookings and external agency management.
• Track content performance and attribution within the CRM to optimize pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating B2B content, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio of short-form videos personally shot and edited for social platforms.
• Proven experience producing or ghostwriting for executives or founders.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills in English.
• Must be based in Berlin or able to be there regularly for weekly filming with founders.
• Performance-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and iterating based on data.
