Senior Content Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content production workflow from briefing and editing through final approval.
• Run localization operations in Phrase TMS, managing translation memory, glossaries, vendors, and quality assurance across European markets.
• Lead the transition to AI-native localization by combining AI translation with native-speaker review.
• Coordinate TikTok content production, talent, and quality control.
• Maintain editorial standards across original and translated content.
• Plan content capacity and calendars while partnering with SEO, campaigns, design, and technical automation teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content operations, social media, editorial project management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating freelance writers, translators, or agencies and delivering content on schedule.
• Hands-on experience with a translation management system, ideally Phrase, including translation memory, glossaries, and QA workflows.
• Strong editorial management skills across multiple languages and markets.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to content or translation workflows, including machine translation or LLMs with human post-editing.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, including experience with European markets and multilingual content such as TikTok or other short-form social media.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with n8n, CMS platforms, and content APIs.
• Additional European languages.
