Commercial Content Editor (Web3)

What you will do

• Write and edit commercial and sponsored content across articles, product and project reviews, learning guides, interviews, social media, newsletters, and display advertising.
• Own compliance with commercial content guidelines through periodic audits and spot checks of published material.
• Route Learning Center, casino/igaming, and research content to writers with relevant subject-matter expertise.
• Propose guideline updates to Marketing and Legal leadership when edge cases arise.
• Evaluate Sales and Business Development requests for guideline exceptions and escalate appropriate cases for review.
• Manage and prioritize commercial content requests while coordinating with editorial, design, and Sales/BD.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in fast-paced media, publishing, or content operations.
• 5+ years of experience in content, editorial, or media roles, including meaningful people or process leadership.
• Experience owning editorial or compliance standards across a team or content pipeline.
• Strong judgment when balancing sponsor and business needs against brand and compliance risk.
• Strong written and editing skills across commercial and sponsored formats.
• Strong command of English, written and verbal. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, and AI-assisted writing or research tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or adjacent industries.
• Background in branded content, native advertising, or sponsored editorial at scale.
• Experience establishing or scaling a commercial content function from the ground up.
