Digital Content Specialist, Professional Senior (AI)

What you will do

• Implement, configure, and optimize knowledge and AI content tooling and related processes.
• Monitor retrieval gaps, answer quality, grounding, and consistency across AI-driven support experiences.
• Write, test, and refine prompts and apply human-in-the-loop validation to improve knowledge retrieval.
• Audit content, identify knowledge gaps, direct updates to content owners and subject matter experts, and track resolution.
• Maintain content standards, metadata schemas, taxonomies, and localization-ready structures while applying GEO and AEO principles.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content Management, Knowledge Management Operations, and Support Operations, while guiding junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Management, Computer Science with an AI/Data Science track, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, content operations, or knowledge management in an enterprise or high-volume support environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools such as RAG systems, copilots, or chatbots, including understanding of structured content and metadata effects on retrieval and answer quality.
• Experience with content governance, metadata schemas, taxonomies, content analytics, retrieval-gap analysis, and data-driven improvement.
• Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, AEO, technical writing, retail or e-commerce content operations, and localization.
• Ability to direct content owners and subject matter experts, lead workstreams, and mentor junior team members.

• Experience with automated classification or large-scale AI-driven content optimization.
