Senior Content Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Nigeria

What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to validate content design decisions.
• Write and edit UX content, including UI text, labels, instructional copy, and app copy across products and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and senior leaders to frame features, communicate value, and achieve business outcomes.
• Own and advise on product, feature, and brand points of view, including tone of voice consistency.
• Adapt content for different language styles and regional market translations.
• Partner with legal and regulatory teams to ensure content meets industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or copywriter.
• Extensive professional copywriting experience in-house or at an agency, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and user-focused content for digital products and platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles, user behavior, collaboration, and communication.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, Workfront, and Figma, plus strong organization and deadline management skills.
