What you will do
- Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring logistics.
- Manage background checks, onboarding coordination, and recruitment administration.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and other Talent Acquisition systems.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify process improvements for high-volume and complex hiring activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination experience.
- Experience with ATS, interview scheduling, hiring documentation, and recruitment across multiple functions or regions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and HR processes.
