What you will do

  • Identify and engage passive candidates who are currently employed and not actively job searching
  • Build and execute targeted outreach strategies tailored to role requirements and seniority
  • Pre-qualify candidates for role alignment, compensation, motivation, and availability
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date candidate pipelines in ATS for smooth handoffs
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Sourcing Coordinator to optimize targeting and pipeline hygiene
  • Adjust messaging and targeting based on real-time feedback and pipeline health

Requirements

  • Proven experience headhunting passive, currently employed candidates
  • Strong outbound and persuasion skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to personalize outreach at scale without sacrificing quality
  • KPI-driven mindset focused on response rate, acceptance rate, and pipeline quality
  • Must be based in Latin America or the Philippines
  • Clear, professional communication skills representing premium startup brands

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for US-based startups or scale-ups
  • Agency background with strong outbound headhunting focus
  • Experience with specialized, senior, or hard-to-fill roles
  • Familiarity with contact-finding and async/voice-based candidate engagement tools
