What you will do
- Identify and engage passive candidates who are currently employed and not actively job searching
- Build and execute targeted outreach strategies tailored to role requirements and seniority
- Pre-qualify candidates for role alignment, compensation, motivation, and availability
- Maintain clean and up-to-date candidate pipelines in ATS for smooth handoffs
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Sourcing Coordinator to optimize targeting and pipeline hygiene
- Adjust messaging and targeting based on real-time feedback and pipeline health
Requirements
- Proven experience headhunting passive, currently employed candidates
- Strong outbound and persuasion skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to personalize outreach at scale without sacrificing quality
- KPI-driven mindset focused on response rate, acceptance rate, and pipeline quality
- Must be based in Latin America or the Philippines
- Clear, professional communication skills representing premium startup brands
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for US-based startups or scale-ups
- Agency background with strong outbound headhunting focus
- Experience with specialized, senior, or hard-to-fill roles
- Familiarity with contact-finding and async/voice-based candidate engagement tools
