Compensation: $157,500–$177,300 USD

What you will do

• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with government partners to ensure project success and high situational awareness.
• Proactively detect and resolve risks related to delivery, finances, staffing, and contract milestones.
• Manage contract finances, P&L, and organic growth opportunities within your portfolio.
• Scale delivery efforts by leading and supporting a team of project managers and functional leads.
• Collaborate across the organization to anticipate problems and uphold standards for delivery excellence.
• Participate in developing and delivering company objectives and key results.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be based in the contiguous United States.
• 5+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships for complex projects.
• Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Proven experience working with or for government agencies.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and development practices.
