Head of Treasury (Crypto) (Crypto/Fintech): Building and leading the treasury function across entities, currencies, banks, payment channels, and crypto venues with an accent on global liquidity, customer fund safeguarding, FX and crypto exposure management, and regulatory controls. Focus on designing hedging strategies, managing banking and custody relationships, implementing treasury automation, and supporting expansion into new markets.

What you will do
- Own global liquidity, cash management, prefunding, settlement funding, and cash forecasting across entities, currencies, banking partners, and payment channels.
- Safeguard and segregate customer funds while setting counterparty limits and managing concentration risk across banks, custodians, payment channels, and trading venues.
- Manage FX, crypto, and stablecoin exposure, including hedging, wallet funding, custody arrangements, on- and off-ramp liquidity, and Proof of Reserves reporting.
- Lead global banking relationships, account management, negotiations, and partnerships with financial institutions and fiat channels.
- Establish treasury policies, authorization matrices, internal controls, and regulatory, KYC, and AML compliance practices.
- Implement treasury systems and automation, report treasury KPIs to senior leadership, and build and develop the treasury team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of treasury or related experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Required experience in cross-border payments or remittance within a multinational environment.
- Experience in regulated payments, fintech, exchange, financial trading, or banking; customer fund safeguarding experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of FX risk, liquidity management, hedging, and crypto or stablecoin treasury operations.
- Strong banking and external partner relationships, analytical skills, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite cash management.
- CFA, CTP, ACT, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
