Director, Group Treasury Services (Crypto)

What you will do

• Build and lead a new Global Treasury Services team within Group Treasury.
• Establish a scalable global operations backbone for treasury services.
• Act as an additional global payment approver under established payment control processes.
• Partner with regional treasurers to maintain operational continuity and resilience across regions.
• Oversee banking documentation, bank reviews, annual audit confirmations, and global treasury records.
• Own global e-banking administration and ensure compliance with bank account management policies.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant treasury or finance experience, focused on treasury operations, controls, and global cash management in a multinational environment.
• Experience building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions.
• Strong knowledge of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, reconciliation, internal controls, governance, audits, and operational risk management.
• Hands-on experience with treasury management systems and AI tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and multi-region collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
