Finance Manager

Location: APAC, supporting hirify.global entities in Hong Kong and Singapore

What you will do

• Lead accounting, financial control and reporting activities for entities in Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Maintain accurate financial records, balance sheet reconciliations and robust internal controls.
• Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing, treasury, cash flow and funding requirements.
• Prepare operating plans and forecasts, analyse variances and provide financial insights for business decisions.
• Support new or acquired Asia legal establishments, strategic initiatives and finance system implementations.
• Coach the local finance team and collaborate with regional finance, business units, auditors, bankers and service providers.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with a technically strong background; audit experience is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role within a multinational organisation, including statutory accounts, IFRS and internal controls.
• Knowledge of APAC tax matters, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST and withholding tax.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of the Oracle finance system.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage short-term priorities and long-term planning.
• Fluent English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
