What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end establishment of the Regional Treasury Center for Asia in Singapore during 2026–2027.
- Build, staff, train, and manage the treasury team while coordinating knowledge transfer from local countries.
- Oversee daily cash management, liquidity, cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and financing or net debt reporting.
- Manage foreign currency exposure, hedging, trade finance instruments, bank relationships, and intercompany treasury processes.
- Ensure compliance with local banking regulations, treasury policies, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls.
- Partner with corporate treasury, finance, tax, legal, banks, and business teams on projects, restructurings, M&A, investments, and business continuity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate finance and treasury within multinational companies or banking.
- Proven people management, leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Strong background in accounting under IFRS and/or financial analysis, with advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Knowledge of treasury management systems; experience with S/4HANA Treasury is an advantage.
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
- Fluent written and spoken English required; French and other Asian languages are a plus.

- Senior finance experience in an international environment.
- Experience with S/4HANA Treasury, treasury technology, and automation.
- French or another Asian language.
