What you will do

• Own the layout of complex chips and macros from initial planning to tape-out.
• Manage project schedules and represent the layout team within cross-functional groups.
• Lead and mentor team members, including remote design teams.
• Implement project-specific layout guidelines and ensure team adherence.
• Contribute to flow documentation, tool testing, and script development.
• Stay current with industry technology and tool advancements to drive team innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in analog layout.
• Deep expertise in layout methodology, parasitic optimization, and advanced CMOS/Fin-FET processes.
• High proficiency in Calibre (DRC, ERC, LVS) and layout entry tools like Synopsys or Cadence.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
