What you will do

• Partner with portfolio leadership to guide delivery across a broad program portfolio and ensure alignment with technological vision.
• Design and implement repeatable program frameworks and operating cadences to improve velocity and clarity.
• Manage cross-program dependencies at scale and simplify complex delivery cycles for diverse stakeholders.
• Communicate status, risks, and actionable solutions effectively to senior leadership.
• Integrate AI capabilities into daily program activities to accelerate business outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional teams and anchor stakeholders to primary objectives in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience leading complex SaaS development projects.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrix environment and build strong partnerships across organizations.
• Deep expertise in software development life cycles and architecture.
• Strong AI proficiency and an AI-native mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills tailored for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to scale up to at least 10 scrum teams and work boundaryless across functions.
