Quality Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems across manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and certification standards.
• Establish and track quality KPIs, including defect rates, scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, A3, Fishbone, FMEA, and related methods.
• Manage customer quality concerns, complaints, returns, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve incoming material quality and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Experience leading internal and external audits and maintaining certification readiness.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive resolution of quality concerns.
• Experience leading corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
