Senior Product Quality Management (Automotive)

What you will do

• Prepare product requirements for suppliers and internal departments using technical specifications, legislation, certifications, labeling standards, and internal quality requirements.
• Coordinate technical compliance processes, including PPAP, drawing approvals, and product change agreements.
• Coordinate responses to requirement violations and develop internal action plans with relevant departments.
• Monitor EU and other regional legislation and communicate regulatory updates to stakeholders.
• Source and negotiate with testing laboratories, define test methodologies, prepare testing plans, and follow up on results.
• Define incoming inspection criteria and respond to requests from authorities, customers, and other third parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, including ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949, and problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing and product development processes, preferably in the components sector.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Fluent Russian and English at B2+ level are required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in automotive quality management systems, such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
