What you will do

  • Provide direct customer support for quality reports received by email and through customer portals.
  • Develop and present structured problem-solving analyses using 8D, A3, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa methods.
  • Manage sensor failure analyses and review technical reports for clarity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate containment activities at customer plants and communicate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Verify the effectiveness of immediate, corrective, and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
  • Maintain CQTS cases in SAP, analyze warranty data and trends, and support quality presentations and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of Core Tools and Customer Specific Requirements.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
  • Strong problem-solving, quality assurance, communication, customer relationship management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional activities and make decisions under pressure.
