Senior Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Control and track customer claims while maintaining quality assurance KPIs within target levels.
• Lead root-cause and corrective-action activities using FTA, 8D, 5W, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and PDCA.
• Monitor and map injection, plastic injection, stamping, electronics manufacturing, and final assembly processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary root-cause analysis and follow up on internal and external corrective actions.
• Lead KPI monitoring for customer complaint scrap, FPY, and 5S.
• Lead a team of quality auditors, quality technicians, and quality engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies.
• Experience using Minitab and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced English required.
