What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder commitments.
• Establish program governance frameworks and improve delivery predictability and operational excellence.
• Drive strategic internal initiatives and support customer implementation programs in partnership with the Implementation Manager.
• Build program plans, reporting dashboards, and automated AI reporting for different stakeholder groups.
• Provide executive-level visibility and alignment across Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of dedicated program management experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams, dependencies, risks, governance, and delivery from initiation through execution.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite, plus knowledge of trading products, tokenization, digital assets, wallets, custody, settlements, liquidity, fiat on/off ramps, compliance integrations, and APIs.
