Senior Technical Program Manager (Business Systems)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA, or remote within the United States; PST preference

What you will do

• Lead large, cross-functional programs across Business Systems Engineering, Product, Support Operations, Finance, Marketing, Privacy, and related teams.
• Own program execution, including scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into documented systems and technical requirements.
• Assess architecture, data flows, integration impacts, and build-versus-buy options while mitigating technical risks.
• Improve processes, streamline operations, and increase efficiency across tools and workflows.
• Drive communication, collaboration, trade-off decisions, and execution clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations professional, or in a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce.
• Experience managing or optimizing quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, quoting, billing, and order management workflows.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, integrations, roadmap planning, requirements documentation, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
