Customer Programs Manager, Co-Marketing & Measurement

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid attendance required at least 25% of the time, with this role requiring work from a San Francisco or New York office at least once a month. Up to 40% travel is required for events and customer engagements.

What you will do

• Own investment allocation, spend pacing, agency coordination, and quarterly budget reconciliation for customer co-marketing programs.
• Develop joint marketing plans with customers and coordinate campaign strategy with Growth Marketing.
• Run scaled co-marketing programs, co-produce customer creative assets, and deploy agency partners for paid campaigns.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Marketing to select participating customers and establish consistent criteria.
• Own the customer marketing intake tooling, participation database, and operational playbooks.
• Define measurement frameworks with Marketing Ops and Data Science, report outcomes to leadership and customers, and use Claude to automate and improve operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing co-marketing growth or partner investment programs, including forecasting, reconciliation, agency coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience managing agencies, developing briefs, directing creative work, and maintaining quality standards for co-branded campaigns.
• Experience building joint marketing plans with partners or customers.
• Working knowledge of demand generation, paid social, campaign optimization, and program measurement.
• Fluency with Claude and the ability to use it for automation, analysis, and operational scaling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience; relevant field of study or demonstrated professional background required.

Nice to have

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in customer marketing.
• Experience in partner marketing, program management, developer-focused companies, or AI/ML companies.
• Experience with revenue operations, marketing analytics, Salesforce, BI tooling, workflow automation, dashboards, or customer participation databases.
• Experience proving incremental program impact against a comparison group.
• Experience working with Sales teams and understanding customer marketing’s impact on pipeline and retention.
