Senior Accountant (Healthcare Technology)

Redi.Health is a young, high-growth healthcare technology company scaling its accounting and finance function.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end monthly close process across revenue recognition, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Manage daily cash visibility, including bank transaction matching, sources and uses tracking, and covenant monitoring.
• Support internal controls, accounting policies, external audits, regulatory compliance, and tax activities.
• Contribute to forecasting, annual budgeting, quarterly planning, P&L reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Optimize ERP systems and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-assisted accounting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, especially revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Columbus, Ohio.
