Accountant (Finance)

Location

Location: Remote within the United States excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI, and RI

Salary

Salary Range: $70,500 – $91,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and reconciliations
• Maintain and improve month-end close processes including balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled tools to improve accounting efficiency
• Assist with annual financial statement audits and respond to information requests
• Analyze financial statements and prepare operational and ad hoc reports

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States excluding specified states
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• CPA preferred and experience with complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition and stock-based compensation
• Experience leveraging automation and AI tools in accounting processes preferred
• Comfortable working fully remote and strong analytical skills
