Supply Chain Coordinator (RMA)

Location: Remote role based in the USA; U.S. citizenship and residency required for work on sensitive government systems.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Initiate, process, track, and document internal RMA requests, including equipment shipping, receiving, repairs, and end-of-life disposal.
• Monitor RMA queues, manage backlogs, and coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers, manufacturers, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners.
• Inspect and test hardware according to security inspection and receiving procedures.
• Receive, unpack, stock, package, and integrate hardware and components.
• Manage replacement-parts inventory in the warehouse and maintain accurate supply chain records.
• Conduct training and ensure compliance with required certifications, security standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and residency required.
• 5+ years of experience managing supply chain operations and inventory.
• Experience with logistics coordination, inventory management, supplier and vendor relations, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience building and managing relationships with 3PL companies.
• Ability to prioritize work, exercise independent judgment, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.
