What you will do

• Create, manage, and monitor inventory, par-level, and product-location tools.
• Analyze medical and surgical products, inventory data, and supply chain operations to identify savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare standardized and customized analytical reports for internal and external customers.
• Manage location-specific product changes, technology optimizations, and inventory maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with distribution, warehouse, analyst, and clinical teams to maintain adequate supply levels.
• Present findings to management and address backorders, inventory risks, and stock-outs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, project management software, and flowcharting tools.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues and communicate effectively in person and electronically.
• Ability to work onsite in Lewes, Delaware, one week per month.

Nice to have

• Experience with Access or SQL.
• Previous healthcare, supply chain, or materials management experience.
• Experience creating analytical reports, managing projects, or performing inventory management analytics.
