Production Manager (Glass Manufacturing)

Location: Muskogee, Oklahoma, USA

Salary: USD 105,000–120,000 per year, plus a possible 15% short-term incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Manage department and discipline leaders across mold repair, machine repair, and forming.
• Provide technical and financial oversight for assigned production areas.
• Collaborate with production teams to achieve safe, high-quality packed-ton output.
• Drive compliance with Manufacturing Fundamentals.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to improve quality and line efficiency.
• Manage and forecast major projects, job changes, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous glass industry experience, specifically in glass forming.
• Experience supervising and training employees and leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Project management skills and the ability to support job changes and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to operate and train others on glass forming machines.
