What you will do

• Own recurring financial reporting deliverables ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Build and maintain forecast models using established methodologies
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles end-to-end for the Finance team
• Drive ad hoc financial analysis to support state and product-level growth strategies
• Establish process improvements to streamline reporting and forecasting workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine forecasting and reporting standards

Requirements

• Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada
• 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience including forecast modeling and recurring reporting
• Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience managing recurring reporting cycles with minimal oversight
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
• Experience worhirify.globalg cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
• Proficiency with financial planning and reporting tools such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or Anaplan
• Experience in insurance, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
