Senior Solutions Engineer (Graph Data)

What you will do

• Partner with sales executives as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead technical discovery, opportunity qualification, presentations, platform demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, sizing, and technical documentation.
• Design reference and solution architectures integrating hirify.global with existing applications and data environments.
• Support integrations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise infrastructures.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and communicate technical feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Participate in account-based marketing events, conferences, and trade shows, with travel as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Sales Engineering, Presales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases and at least one of Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in public cloud or on-premise environments.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, whiteboarding, and demonstrations.
• Working knowledge of graph databases is a strong advantage; familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI is also advantageous.
