Learning & Development Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Design, curate, iterate, and maintain blended learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand formats.
• Facilitate in-person, hybrid, and virtual sessions, including monthly new-hire onboarding cohorts and ongoing learning programs.
• Partner with subject-matter experts, HR business partners, and stakeholders to assess needs and validate training content.
• Build role-specific learning paths and programs focused on skills and competencies.
• Measure learning effectiveness using impact, engagement, and satisfaction data, then implement improvements.
• Introduce innovative learning methods and support an inclusive culture aligned with hirify.global’s values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Experience designing, delivering, and scaling learning programs for multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with LMS administration and digital content-authoring tools such as Seismic, Docebo, Articulate, Rise, or Canva.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, behavior-change models, and instructional design frameworks including ADDIE.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, stakeholder-management, organizational, and project-management skills.
