Fractional Palantir Expert / Advisor (Palantir)

Location: Remote, US-based candidates only

Compensation: USD $100/hour; approximately 10–20 hours per month on an advisory retainer.

The in-house hirify.global department supports Xenon7’s Palantir-focused enterprise advisory and deployment initiatives.

What you will do

• Join sales and discovery conversations with CIOs, CTOs, data leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Advise on Palantir Foundry, AIP, ontology, and operational workflow strategy.
• Support activation sprint scoping and oversee delivery approach, technical feasibility, and adoption planning.
• Design and validate enterprise use cases from data foundations through decision workflows.
• Guide governance, security, compliance, access control, and change management for large-scale deployments.
• Review client proposals and technical roadmaps and contribute to partner conversations, executive materials, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced academic background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Deep hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and related enterprise deployments.
• Strong understanding of Palantir AIP, ontology design, governance processes, and operational workflow design.
• Experience supporting enterprise adoption, implementation, or advisory work in complex environments, including data governance, security, compliance, and change management.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and communicate technical trade-offs in English.

• Former Palantir employee experience.
• Palantir partner or systems integrator experience.
• Experience leading Foundry or AIP programs internally.
