What you will do

  • Analyze business processes and risk management requirements to design ServiceNow IRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Train and support ServiceNow IRM users and administrators.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics covering risk posture and compliance status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including substantial work with the IRM module.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or other scripting languages used for ServiceNow customization.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to lead implementations and work with technical and business stakeholders.
