Transportation Logistics Operator

Compensation: USD 28–31 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ’s.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal transportation teams about shipments and delivery schedules.
• Request, confirm, and update appointments through customer portals.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, provide accurate ETAs, and follow up on delayed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries.
• Resolve appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, delivery issues, and customer concerns.
• Maintain shipment information, appointment schedules, tracking spreadsheets, and daily operational reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Experience scheduling delivery appointments and working with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English/Korean or English/Spanish bilingual communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
