Salary: $73,150–$174,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Lead iRDK bring-up and platform enablement on MediaTek C-X1 SoC platforms.
• Own the platform lifecycle from Evaluation Kit validation through custom board integration and production readiness.
• Drive BSP development, board bring-up, kernel integration, bootloader customization, and system-level debugging.
• Act as the primary technical interface with MediaTek, SoC vendors, external partners, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Define bring-up plans, track milestones, communicate progress, and resolve complex platform issues.
• Mentor engineers and support productization focused on scalability, performance, stability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of embedded software experience, including 5+ years in a staff or lead role.
• Hands-on experience with MediaTek SoC platforms, including C-X1, MT8xxx series, or equivalent.
• Experience leading ECU or SoC bring-up programs from start to finish.
• Strong expertise in Linux, BSP and kernel bring-up, and U-Boot or an equivalent bootloader.
• Programming experience with C/C++, Python, or Rust, plus hardware debugging tools such as Lauterbach, JTAG, and oscilloscopes.
