Employee Success Manager

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada during regular business hours

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 CAD per year, based on relevant experience

What you will do

• Provide direct people and career leadership to technical staff through structured one-to-one meetings and development planning.
• Drive talent retention, succession planning, internal mobility, onboarding, and recruitment support.
• Lead performance reviews, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and manage Performance Improvement Plans.
• Partner with resourcing, technical, project, and HR leaders to optimize talent allocation and project delivery.
• Resolve employee relations issues, workload imbalances, conflicts, and morale concerns.
• Manage team capacity, PTO approvals, leave, performance tools, OKRs, and 360-degree reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct people management or delivery leadership experience developing technical or project-based teams.
• Strong experience with performance metrics, corrective action planning, conflict mediation, and employee relations.
• Background in technology, digital agencies, or project-based studio environments.
• Ability to manage by influence and align Product, Tech, HR, project, and client stakeholders.
• Strong active listening, analytical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
