What you will do

  • Lead sensitive workplace investigations from intake through resolution, including interviews, data analysis, investigation reports, and recommendations.
  • Coach and advise managers on complex team member relations issues, performance management, and organizational risk.
  • Partner with Legal and People Business Partners to assess cases and support consistent decisions.
  • Develop, apply, and revise team member relations policies and programs as the organization scales.
  • Analyze case trends and provide insights for policy, program, and risk-reduction strategies.
  • Support global governance by interpreting employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Progressive employee or team member relations experience, including complex, multi-party workplace investigations.
  • Working knowledge of United States employment law, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and EEOC processes.
  • Experience in a distributed, multi-jurisdiction, or global organization.
  • Ability to influence change without direct authority and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound judgment, confidentiality, discretion, empathy, and attention to detail when handling sensitive matters.

Nice to have

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with employment regulations in regions outside the United States.
