Organizational Development Co-op Student (Human Resources)

Location: Primarily remote in Canada, with occasional in-person attendance at the Mississauga, Ontario head office for nearby employees.

Compensation: Up to CAD 20 per hour

What you will do

• Research and analyze leadership development, employee experience, and engagement initiatives.
• Support the development of e-learning content and learning resources for leadership and organizational programs.
• Create, edit, and distribute employee communications and engagement materials.
• Coordinate content creation with business leaders, subject matter experts, creative services, and Human Resources colleagues.
• Support recognition and community programs by tracking participation, reporting results, and coordinating activities.
• Administer pulse surveys and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Current college or university student returning to academic studies after the co-op term.
• Studies in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Strong interest in organizational development, learning, workplace culture, and people-focused work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced remote team environment.
