What you will do

• Communicate with the team to understand business processes, software functionality, and documentation needs.
• Identify the information needs of end users and create effective technical guides.
• Study product samples and collaborate with product designers and developers.
• Work with technical staff to improve product usability and reduce the need for extensive instructions.
• Create supporting visuals, including photographs, drawings, diagrams, animations, and charts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Technical writing capabilities.
