Deputy Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sterling, VA, United States

Salary: $122,000–$253,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead program planning, execution, performance management, and delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, and contractual deliverables.
• Monitor financial performance, staffing, compliance, and organizational objectives.
• Maintain relationships with customers, leadership, employees, and key stakeholders.
• Develop program forecasts, status reports, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Lead program personnel and support business growth, proposals, and program expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in finance, accounting, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the ISR space.
• 7+ years leading teams within the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War.
• Direct experience in signal collection, fusion targeting and analysis, or mission coordination and management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs and teams with diverse skill sets.
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required on the first day of employment, with eligibility for crossover.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project/program management certification.
